MICHAEL KORS Tracking Order Status

Ik heb een tas gekocht die kapot ging moest helemaal terg naar de winkel terwijl ik niet in de buurt woon om hem om de ruilen. En nu heb ik de verkeerde kleur meegekregen.

I used to love MK bags now after shopping at the walden galleria location and they are very rude and no help in the situation there store computers caused. It double charged my credit card this happened back in December and my bank sent them a dispute and never heard back from the company!! I've dealt with customer service and gave them all the information and still don't get no help it's been over 2 months now they are very aware of the situation! So I dont recommend buying from them. I get emails but no actual response or solution. They scam people is the only way they stay open. By overcharging and robbing the customer. I've posted on there sight and they delete it so that says they are hiding something!! They've had ample time to fix this owe me for the overcharge and the paperwork I faxed to my bank that was $17.30 i have receipts. I have copies that my bank reached out a few times and no response. Just be careful if you buy from this company.

He intentado poner la reseña en google y no puedo. Muy decepcionada. La calidad es pésima para el precio. Pero había puesto una sóla estrella hace unos días porque el plazo para el abono de la devolución se me estaba haciendo interminable y modifico a 3 estrellas porque aunque sigo pensando que la calidad precio no merece más de 1 estrella, cumplen con los plazos establecidos y eso les da puntos de fiabilidad. 14 días para el abono.

Excellent product service and delivery orderd a hand bag arrived with un 3days very well packd and secured with dustbag too even though on website it said no dust bag 5*service

I was very upset and angry customer however after talking to the manager Katie, provided me a good resolution in quick time, Katie has listen to my issues patiently and showed her great understanding towards me being a valuable customer.
