Absolutely not care about orders, customers. I made order in THU, was promised 2 day delivery - not fulfilled. I called to the store, asked about order they say it will arrive on WED, today is THU still not here, after some hustle I found UPS tracking and there it says it missing address information, I called to miansai again so they can correct it, no response and it takes forever. canceling my order

Would give no stars if I could. Spent over £200 on their website on one item as a gift for someone. They had the gift opened and used for no longer than a mouth and the gold plating is coming off around the whole bracelet and it’s tarnished already when it’s only been worn a couple of times. For the price they charge the quality does not match up. I was refused a refund, on their product, that isn’t of merchantable quality and was offered store credit instead… why would I want store credit for a company with products I’m not happy with? Biggest waste of money!

The customer service is really bad. I reached out 2 days ago as the necklace I bought already looks tarnished and it should have been a Christmas gift. Since it was on discount I can not just return it and no one is replying to my message. As I payed over $150 on one single item I would expect more in terms of customer communication and complaint handling. Would not recommend ordering from outside US

Absolutely shocking quality. Bought a ring for my bf in june. He wore it for a few weeks and already it was tarnished and colour had come off. Expensive for low quality crap.
