Merlin Passes Tracking Order Status

Bought 2 Discovery Passes for £99 each. We've got our money's worth in just one week of using them. The pre-booking is very easy and I have been able to book tickets the day before. Under 3's gain free entry on many attractions. There are dates which a discovery pass holder cannot book for, like Saturdays and school holidays but that works fine for us. Be sure to pack plenty to drink and a packed lunch when going to the theme parks as the food & drink is expensive. Parking has to be paid for and it is advised to pre-book.

Had it 1 month and have got my money worth already, so easy to book, I even booked a trip to the dungeons this morning 1 hour before no problem

After reading the negative reviews I was unsure if I should purchase the annual pass... Update... After purchasing the Gold merlin pass yesterday it was straight forward on the website.. currently using digital passes until gold card comes through post ... its been amazing.. I was able to book for alton towers today, my kids loved it, they asked if we could go tomorrow, I looked at 3pm today and the site let us book for tomorrow... with blue light card you get a discounted rate for annual pass which is a bonus and most of our food and drinks were discounted by 20percent today which was fab.. Best decision to purchase the annual gold pass... would recommend

Absolute fantastic pass. Used it loads, Alton Towers x5, Chesington x1, Legoland x2, Thorp Park x1, Sealife Centre x1, Legoland Brum x1, Warwick Castle x1. Reckon in the few months we've had it saved over a grand on entry fees. We are platinum holders and have no problems using what so ever. You've always got something to do with a Merlin Pass. Highly recommended and I wouldn't be without one now. Still got all of Blackpool to do and London attractions. Would be nice to have an update on entry to Cadbury World and a welcome addition to the pass.

We've just purchased a platinum pass and within the first week been to Alton Towers, Warwick Castle and Legoland Discovery Centre with a trip planned to Legoland Windsor in a couple of weeks. I can honestly say how easy the booking system is and was effortless in booking your trip. Parking is all free with the Gold and Platinum passes I think which is usually £7 to £8 and 20% off your food purchases which makes all the difference on a £2.80 can of pop and £8 jumbo hot dog. Even better take your own food which we try to do to keep costs down. I would definitely recommend. 5* Facilities are wonderful and the kids will love it.
