I was supposed to receive a free complimentary litter bags for each unit never did. Pretty simple kind of disappointing

So quiet works great

Every step was easy. Ordering was a breeze. Shipping was fast. The only problem I had was the constant alerts of my cats going in and out. Not really a problem but that is my only complaint.

This is my first purchase of a smart liter box (SC01) and Meowant did not disappoint. The unit is quiet, easy to clean and reduces odor. The app is user friendly and tracks your cat(s) by weight. The safety features are a huge plus too. The unit will stop if your cat tries to get in while it is in clean mode. My youngest cat (<1 year) took right to it. My older cat would prefer the larger opening on the SCO2, so I am considering purchasing that model next. Highly recommend, trust me you will not be disappointed.
