I received the product in good condition, however the delivery instructions weren't followed. I asked for a note along with the item, which was not sent along.

Reserved for click and collect online, had an email within half an hour saying ready to collect. Originally advised online id receive initial email confirming order within 2 hours so it was very fast. Went to collect and was in an out again in about 5mins, very helpful and polite staff member. Overall not a single fault with any of the service and collection of product. The reason for 4 stars is simply the product itself, purchased for a relative with MS as a gardening stool, lightweight, easy to move between flower beds and pots ect but opening and closing it is a little tricky, I couldn’t do it but husband could. You have to align and push/pull to twist it open and closed again - luckily it’s small so the intended user can just bring it indoors until someone can put it back down for her if need be.
