Menards Tracking Order Status

I was a little apprehensive about purchasing anything from this company because of the reviews. However, I took the chance and bought something because it was less than half the price than other places. Honestly, I could not be happier. My products were received probably 5 days later. I am in NY and what I purchased was about $12 each everywhere on line and Meynards was selling the same item at $4 and change. Even though I had to pay shipping, after factoring it into the price, I still came out a winner. I actually save about $45. I was thrilled! I will definitely purchase on line with them again.

I had ordered an electric fireplace. When I started to put it together, the top was just a tiny bit warped. You could barely see it, but it was enough to keep it from going on. I reached out to Joel at the Barboursville location and asked for help. He said he could not order just the piece, but he ordered me an entirely new fireplace. Then, to make my life easy, he told me I only needed to bring in the one piece so that I did not have to take the other one completely apart. When I arrived to do the exchange, everyone...I mean EVERYONE was super nice and helpful. They all made this experience smooth and easy. I highly recommend this store. I know for sure that I will be bringing them my business! Thank you so much!
