memobottle Tracking Order Status

Bought 3 of the A6 bottles which are the perfect size for handbags. We use them all the time! Had a problem with one, bust customer service (UK) was responsive and got it sorted quickly.

I asked to return a product, as allowed under distance selling regulations. They are illegally refusing a return, claiming they have their own (hidden) terms and conditions.

I, like many other customers, recently received a memobottle that was not the desired size. However, the company's response to my request for an exchange was unhelpful and lacked any alternative options. It seems as though they would rather have an unhappy customer who will never return, rather than a satisfied repeat customer who may purchase more of their products. In my opinion, it's not worth spending your money on their products given the terrible customer experience and the fact that if you make a mistake you won’t be able to exchange. ——- For reference this is their reply to my request: Hi, Thanks for getting in contact. Definitely buy from Amazon or elsewhere as they won’t exchange if you buy the wrong size and their prices are insane. What company doesn’t offer return or exchange? Buyer beware.

Ordered a bottle which has not been delivered. Have ignored all attempts to contact via email, web form and social media. Appalling service! Avoid.
