I ordered the seersucker bow tie onesie/hat combo along with another hat. When I received my order (finally), the hats were there but the bow tie onesie was missing. I reviewed my order just to make sure and it said it was shipped in the same package. I sent an email on 9/19/20 and received an auto reply and now 5 days later, no one will respond to me. The phone number doesn’t work either. Definitely don’t recommend this business as now I’ve paid for an item that I didn’t receive.

Customer service extremely disappointing. Communication poor and paid extra for shipping that never came on time and they would not back. Phone calls made with no return call back. Emails sent with no return back.
