Mejuri Tracking Order Status

After attempting to post my return order of a bracelet I discovered the the courier label could only be used at a depot which was over 8 miles away, this was difficult for me as I am not currently able to drive. I contacted the company several times and a pick up by the courier from my home address was arranged, this did not happen on the arranged day and time therefore again I made contact with Majuri and again another day and time was arranged this also did not happen, each time I was told that I would get a email confirming the collection but no emails. After the third attempt and taking time from work the courier arrived much later than the booked time slot. I am disappointed by Majuri and will be very reluctant to buy again despite loving their jewelry as the whole return process has been an absolute nightmare.

Da meine Tochter sich regelmäßig zu Weihnachten und zum Geburtstag etwas von Mejuri wünscht, bin ich schon seit einiger Zeit Kunde. Wie im vergangenen Jahr wollte ich auf die Black-Friday-Angebote warten, um das leider verloren gegangene Armband, das ich letztes Jahr bei Mejuri gekauft hatte, wiederzubekommen. Vor der Aktion hat es 450 EUR gekostet. Jetzt, pünktlich zum Black Friday, ist der Preis auf 650 EUR gestiegen. Mit dem Rabatt zahle ich also etwas mehr als noch vor ein paar Wochen. Ich fühle mich verarscht und werde mich anderswo nach einem passenden Ersatz umsehen. Danke Mejuri!

I recommend that you put them in water, take them out and then put them on either with socks or without them and let them dry on your feet. Try not to walk while they dry to help the leather mold and adjust to your foot. The other thing is to let some time pass without using them so that your toe can heal and finally after all this, apply the cream that Jerusalem sells. It is very good since it leaves the leather soft.
