We were unexpectedly hit with a £19 charge when dropping off the car- the entry and exit fee for the car park where we had the Meet and Greet drop-off point. We asked some of the other companies (who we have used in the past) in the same drop-off area at Luton and they told us that their prices included this fee. After returning home I re-read the T&Cs and there was no mention of it. I finally found this on the "more info" box that you could (but weren't required to) click through to before starting the booking and payment process. There was no mention of this fee anywhere else on the website. It was a sour start to our holiday, after having already spent £65 on the meet-and-greet parking. We won't be using this company again.

This is truly the only company I’ll trust from now on! As someone who travels frequently, it can be a hassle getting to my destination from the airport but this was the most amazing service I’ve ever had. The staff was so lovely, welcoming, and offered such comfort. My driver was truly the perfect gentleman and I can truly say that my money was well-spent and I’ve become a frequent customer.
