Very good service - it was easy to get an appointment and at a competitive price (£49) for general GP appointment. I was desperate as I couldn’t get into my usual GP for another 4 days and had been suffering with terrible sinusitis. The GP prescribed me much needed antibiotics and I was able to collect them from a pharmacist on the same day.

Booked an appointment today for my elderly mother ( appointment was 2 hours after booking) who of course got ill on a weekend and taking her to Urgent Care is just too much at her age. Really didn’t know what to expect from the service as I’ve not used a private GP service before. Must say I was totally impressed with the doctor who called, his detailed questioning, not rushing. His diagnosis, explanation and explanation of things she can do that might help her feel better soon. Will absolutely be using this again next time NHS services aren’t at hand.

Rapid service. Very responsive to emails when we had misunderstood how to use the tests we were sent. Thanks to the person who replied very politely and helpfully to my stressed email at 1.55 am!

I had a problem with them, a confusion because I am used to the appointment on site from Google result. But this time, the onsite consultation did not exist any more while in Google the link between Medicspot and the place of consultation still exists, which caused me confusion, and in the end I missed my appointment. But after discussion, they are open and have refunded the consultation. Thanks to their team.
