First time I used this and it was wonderful! A lovely lady arrived on time and was helpful and calm assisting me and even took the time to advise on accessories etc. We both seemed to agree on what worked and payment was easy. I’ll use this again!

Ordered a couple of items online. When they arrived one item did not suit me and the other had a faulty zip. I contacted Customer Services who could not be more helpful and arranged the refund for one item and another shirt to be delivered quickly with no fuss.
