McLaren Store Tracking Order Status

I have been waiting for my McLaren package for more than 7 weeks. I found that very funny. no package has lasted so long until now. I emailed McLaren and River helped me locate my package. Customs took so long this time. but we find my package and it arrived on saturday! I am very happy with it and very happy with the very fast, friendly and great support and help from McLaren, especially River :) THANK YOU <3

The delivery was fast. Arrived one day early, and 2 hours earlier than expected. I think the issue with many people’s deliveries are ordering the Mclaren branded clothes. If you instead order the ones branded with Castore, delivery will be fine.

I ordered some products on the end of December, got a tracking number on the next day, but the shipping status never changed. One month later it still says "tracking number allocated & order ready", so I wrote an email to the customer service, where I got an answer on the next day, that they will send the money back. After I read the bad reviews here I am just glad, that I got my money back, and that even after just a few days after I got the email from them.

Ordered on monday 9 January and delivered to Belgium on tuesday 17 January. Just like they promised in 8-10 days.

Ordered two items and there was no issue - correct items and arrived on time. Needed to send one item back and was easy enough. However I waited weeks for a refund. This shouldn’t be the case with any company. They’re quick enough to take your money but aren’t keen to give it back!! Got in touch with customer service and the issue was resolved and I did get a refund. Good customer service but would have obviously been better if I hadn’t had to get in touch in the first place
