Maze Tracking Order Status

We recently recieved an outdoor dining set which is really lovely but we were very disappointed to find there were two cracks in the table glass, as well as scuffs on three of the chairs and three of the chairs are very wobbly despite us trying everything to make them stable. I emailed customer services about this over 4 weeks ago now with pictures etc and for 2 weeks heard nothing but then began recieving very slow responses - the issues haven’t yet been resolved and 4 days later I am still awaiting a response to try resolve these issues.

From ordering to delivery excellent service. Arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Ordered from maze several times and the quality is second to none. Customer service is excellent too if you need them. I just love my firepit cube set 🤩
