The worse thing I could ever do is order a sofa from this company I paid 850 pound for my sofa and 1 mouth later the thing is sinking to the floor the buttons have fell of it looks amazing to look at but the quality is absolutely terrible I try contacting the people from this company they read my message don’t reply back I keep sending messages and no reply I promise u your regret it so much ordering anything from this place I was so upset saved up for the sofa over 4 mouths and got it and now I have to though it away i have only had it 6 mouths now and when u sit on it feels like it’s gonna break worse thing I ever did now I’m saving for a new sofa even though I brought this one less the 6 mouths ago this company needs reporting

Spent $4000 on a bedroom set that took 3 months to arrive - broken, mismatched and CHEAP quality. I am so mad at myself for trusting this company. It is not solid wood - it is cheap wood veneer. Do yourself a favor and go into a real furniture store. I am so disappointed!! *Dreading the run-around to return it.

I received defective chair (back of chair does not attach) and desk (under desk clearance so low desk is unusable) from MaxTrix Kids. I paid close to $700 for both of these items. They are frauds, especially Mia in customer service. They refuse to remedy the situation. They will not let me speak to a supervisor and are requesting photos of defective products after they have already been disassembled and repackaged, and despite the fact they have no policy for this regarding defective merchandise. It seems like they purposely send out defective merchandise so that they can charge you a shipping and restocking fee and then turn around and ship that same defective merchandise to someone else. They require you to send items back using their carrier but will not issue a shipping label. I have disputed this with PayPal several times and they are just as bad, with ignoring the actual details of the dispute and letting these frauds get away with keeping my money and sending out defective product. They should be investigated by the FTC for fraud. I do not intend to let them keep my money and will continue to fight this, including legally and via raising awareness using as many platforms as possible.

Bad customer service. Received damaged bed and they have not fully remedied situation. They are completely unapologetic and unresponsive. If you receive a damaged bed they will not remedy situation They do not stand by their products.

Customer service communication is horrible. You email them to try and communicate with them but they take days to respond. The dresser from our huge order was damaged during delivery and it took them a week to respond to my email (which included pictures of the damage) and all they offered was a credit to keep the damaged furniture "as is". It took them 3 months to deliver the furniture. We had no idea when the furniture shipped because we didn't receive any communication from them. Not sure what is going on with this company. It looks like a US company out of North Carolina, but maybe their management is suffering or they need a new system. Their website has great reviews, but they approve any reviews before they get published. I just left them a very poor review explaining everything. I highly doubt they will allow that review to be published on the website. So I guess you can say they are falsifying their high ratings. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. It will save you from having to deal with them.
