My wife ran out of space on her iPhone 11 Pro Max (64GB), so got her a new 13 Pro Max with 256GB. I had good experience with MaxBack before, but still checked other selling sites. MaxBack approved their purchase--at the agreed-upon price--just a day or two after they received the device; I got the check in the mail exactly two weeks later (so not fast, but well under the 14 business days they ask you to wait). I've used them in the past with the same good experience, and I won't hesitate to do so in the future.

The process was quick, They examine the phone I sent within a day, agreed with my rating and I was issued a check within a week. I was very please with this company.

The sale of my iPad was fine, but just be aware MaxBack is actually Clover Wireless and they were very slow to mail the check. The sale was finalized on Oct 1 and I did not receive the check until Oct 16. I called and they said they mailed them the check Oct 5, but the envelop that arrived had an Oct 12 postmark date indicating it wasn’t actually mailed until much latter. Also very odd, the check arrived in a hand addressed envelop (handwriting) with an actual postage stamp. Most other companies send checks in a window envelop and postal meter.
