Master of Malt Tracking Order Status

The choice of drinks is amazing! I've got to try different spirits that are not available in your average shop and the tasting notes are very accurate. I had an issue with an order, I put the wrong delivery address, and Sofina sorted it out and I received my order the next day. I would 100% recommend Masters of Malt.

I have ordered from Master of Malt twice now. The second order there was problem with Evri (they lost my order). After a few days I contacted support as one of the items in the order was a gift. This is where master of malt were fantastic. They sent me out a replacement order via DPD and arrived next day. The response via email was super quick and I am glad they had my back. Will now use them for any rum purchases going forward.

Have ordered loads of times, great stock, not always the cheapest but there or thereabouts and well worth the odd time of being more expensive for the smooth service, range of products and delivery.

Super helpful customer service which cannot be faulted. Ordered a Malt for a friends 60th, turned out he did not like “peaty” whiskey. Customer service arranged for immediate replacement with a bottle he chose including free return shipping! Would not hesitate to highly recommend this company.

First class way to purchase branded malt. I’ve used several occasions and each time the experience has been first rate. They have all the brands and makes a great gifting idea. Price good as anywhere I’ve seen elsewhere, and will continue to use master of malt again in the future
