Massdrop Has Improved

I believe Massdrop (or Drop) used to have bad shipping times. However, they have improved significantly lately, using decent shipping methods over eco oversea transport (which takes more than 20 days). My latest order took 7-10 days to deliver internationally Not to mention their customer support, very friendly and supportive, one of the best in my experience. Thank you for your support David Querubin :)

Serious defects, AWFUL service

My product was delivered with a serious defect. DROP promised replacements for the whole batch, but took over a year to deliver. Bad communication, no updates. Awful experience overall.

No quality assurance, horrible support for EU customers

EDIT: After this review, I was offered a full refund for the IEMs, which is ofc much better. I've added a star to the review for this, but problems with quality of products and lacking liability with the seller for this, is still a major issue. I was shipped a pair of in-ear headphones where the metal housing was literally electrified. Constant electric shock to the inside of my ear when used... I bought these from Europe and thus had to pay a fair bit in customs and added tax. Upon contacting MassDrop, I am offered either "20$ Drop Credit" or a return label.. This is for a pair of IEMs that cost 70$ and then another 47$ in customs/tax. Yeah, thanks for the offer, David from MassDrop. It's mighty kind of you to leave me with -17$ and an electrified ear. Don't shop with MassDrop. Company's gone down the drain with their rise and they're just forwarding cheap chinese products with no quality assurance at this point. It's a shame, started as such a great concept.

Had a pair of headphones failing

Had a pair of headphones failing. It was a snap with DROP's customer service. David Querubin (Drop Community Support) was incredibly helpful and was quick to respond. Would recommend them for anyone who is an audiophile.

Crystal was very patient in helping me finally sort out a problem with a non delivered product from last year that, frankly, I was losing hope of ever being solved. She made it happen. Not all heroes wear capes. Thanks for the great job!
