Masqd LLC Tracking Order Status

I have purchased three adult masks and they are lovely. Very soft and supple, they fit well to one's face. I have no trouble breathing through this mask with a disposable one under it, and I have asthma. The patterns are very pretty and the fabric holds up well to frequent washing and machine drying. I bought them during a sale and feel they are well worth what I paid. Celebrity endorsements mean nothing to me--the proof was in the wearing.

I placed two orders. First one for masks for my kids, got them on time and loved the quality of the masks. The second order was for a pack of 5 masks for my daughter and two for myself. I never received the two masks I ordered for myself. I thought they would be delivered separately and I waited, I eventually forgot about my order. Few months later, I was searching through my emails and saw the order confirmation from Masqd. I contacted them, and they got back to me within the same day. They offered to issue a refund or send me replacement masks. I asked them for two masks, and am awaiting for the shipment confirmation. Their customer service was outstanding, and the fact this is a US-based company owned by women makes me feel better about ordering from them. The quality of the masks was truly outstanding, they are the bast masks I've ordered.

They sent me the wrong masks. Confirmed with customer service via email photos that they were incorrect but Masqd held firm to their “no returns” policy and instead offered me a 15% item refund. What?? Very shady company. Beware.

Didn’t ship until I emailed them saying that I was only emailing them because I was required to before filing a cc dispute. The quality was pretty good when they arrived. Soft flattering stylish but thick and I couldn’t really breathe even with the filter out. I wear them when I want to look stylish and won’t need to wear a mask long. They aren’t a scam but they should stop advertising if they can’t handle their existing orders.

I read a few of the reviews, and I must say that my experience was entirely different from those I read. I ordered two Anti Viral masks and filters, which were delivered a week later. The masks and filters fit together nicely, and the mask completely covers my face. The masks fit well, and my wife and I particularly like the adjustment feature on the ear loops. We are satisfied with the delivery time, and we are pleased with the masks.
