Martin & Co Tracking Order Status

000C12-16EN, 18 months old Intonation got really bad. Sent the guitar back to Martin twice for that problem. Martin won't even acknowledge the issue that I've complained about the guitar. Thats their way of dodging the bullet. I will never buy from Martin again.

I went to a local Guitar Center planning on buying a Taylor, but went home with a Martin SC-13E. I played and compared both guitars, with and without a amp and for me, the Martin played better, chorded easier, sounded better and was roughly $400 cheaper. Another thing that I was impressed with was the neck. It feels more like I’m playing a electric guitar, which I like a lot. I wasn’t to sure about the volume and tone controls along with a tuner being located inside the sound hole, but now that I’m used to it, I think it’s great. I must say, the SC-13E is not your typical “traditional” Martin guitar and it’s probably not for everyone, but it sure works for me! Good job Martin!

Poor Strings. Tinny sound. No help from customer service.

Best sounding guitar by far in my opinion! It has a classical and simple look, which is the most outstanding of all. Expensive but worth it.
