I have this morning taken delivery for my keyblok paving in charcoal. I love it! More so because of the ease of purchasing. Very clear process, timescales and communication. I was told at the point of ordering the delivery slot was between 8am-4pm on 17/03 & the lovely chap called me at 7:15am to confirm he was on route & was here with the wagon at 7:55am. I had a specific area I needed the blocks to be unloaded to & Chris was very understanding of this & confirmed several times I was happy with the placement. Overall such a lovely customer experience and I am really looking forward to seeing my new driveway in all of its glory very soon. The delivery driver was called Chris and is Haulier number 1020. Amazing job thanks again.
