Mark Warner Tracking Order Status

Just returned from a week in turkey with Mark Warner and had a fab time, the kids loved all the water sports, entertainment and games by the pool. Cleanliness and food choices were fantastic. Leah the manager is amazing and the staff are a ray of sunshine each day! The spa is fantastic, Oscar the manager at the spa is amazing and his therapists offer the best massages! The kids enjoyed their Turkish bath with chocolate and bubbles. Definitely a lot of memories made on this holiday and can’t wait to go back! Thank you Mark Warner x

Avoid the Rhodes resort until they have got the hang of it. It is nowhere near as nice as advertised yet. They say they are working on it but in the meantime they charge flagship resort prices for a resort that is far from that. The facilities are average and so is the food. I did contact customer services many times and had no response to my many complaints.

This was not our first MW holiday. We have just returned from Rhodes Kalmari beach. The weather was perfect. We paid extra for a sea view, the bathroom was very small, the bed was comfortable. The food wasn’t great the restaurant was noisy and lacked atmosphere. We ate there twice we then decided to eat out every evening to experience some good local restaurants, have to say the breakfast was ok we thought the hotel staff were very pleasant. The program for the fitness wasn’t very workable what’s going on? Between each short 30min class there would be a break of half an hour which is too long to wait around and not long enough to go and do something else. There wasn’t any Yoga, very disappointed. The one PT was good but she had to be waiting around, seemed like bad planing. The equipment provided was less than I have in my small home gym, it was unbelievable. The only fitness/ gym area was a platform exposed to sun and wind not clean not comfortable NOT good enough, this is an activity holiday! We ended up using the mountain bikes most days. Had to return 3 times after a short while with clonky bikes, which were still being offered the following day with the same problems. There was not a spa but a very small room with a massage bed! We normally book at least a couple of treatments each but we’re not inspired at this club. So much potential but lacks facilities. Lovely hotel lady manager who had organised 2 evenings of entertainment although similar both groups were good fun and still playing when we returned from our nights out.

Really well organised, kept informed, excellent well trained staff and fantastic food. 2nd experience of Mark Warners holidays, one Greece one Turkey (Phokaia) and both excellent. Would book again without any reservations.

We had originally booked the holiday before the first lock down. We waited and booked earlier this year but due to the pandemic the holiday airport and day had to be moved. Mark Warner were really good kept us informed and let us book a new date or cancel. We wanted to go to an old favourite with us Phokaia beach in Turkey. We were not disappointed just as we remembered with some new upgrades. Both the Mark Warner and local staff were great, set in beautiful grounds, set right on a safe bay and lots fresh food. We have use this resort for a quiet relaxing break on a number of occasions and so nice to return.
