I ordered a bed for my kid. It comes with free delivery and installation. The delivery workers are professional, they put on shoe cover when enter my house, and clear all packaging when they left.

I had some flowers delivered from Mark's and Spenser's yesterday.One would hope they were great they were not, not what i expected.Most of the stems were over skinny and prone to breaking and i believe you could have done better.These were for a ceremony so not pleased with you.

My assistant was friendly and she actively listened to me. She helped me find the right size bra, and it being so personal she was very professional. I appreciated her comment on me having a good figure- a lovely thing to say and welcomed. I found this shopping experience outstandingly excellent, and the till service was quick , and friendly too. Thank you.

Great delivery of bedroom furniture. Polite and efficient. they informed us a couple of days before of the two hour window so we didn't need to wait in all day. However I paid for the collection of the old bed. To be told they couldn't take it because it wasn't dismantled. You have to click into terms and conditions to see this. It wasn't on any email correspondence I received. It would be useful to be highlighted as you purchase the service
