One of the best places to shop for my reef aquarium supply. When it comes to pricing, customer service... they are neck to neck with BRS. I used to purchase solely from BRS before, but now alternate between BRS and Marinedepot. There are many products that Marindepot has better pricing on, or have better selection.

I ordered the 15x15'' cube rimless and seamless fish tank that was on sale at the time. When I received my order and there was a minor chip on one of the corners at the bottom, and since it was directly on a corner I was worried if it would eventually leak. So I emailed MarineDepot with my concern and a few pictures for proof, they promptly emailed me back telling me they are sending me out a new tank with a return label & apologized for the inconvenience. I had my new tank within days & was it beautiful! Thank you MarineDepot I am very happy with my products!

Fantastic customer service- the rep on the phone was patient, helpful, and sympathetic; laughing with me about my recent ordeal ordering the same product from another company and having to return it. Great people. Made me feel at ease. Great policies- they price-matched another online retailer for the canister filter I needed, plus 10% of the difference. Great shipping- They shipped it the same day I ordered it, it arrived in 3 days, packed expertly. In perfect shape. I will definitely be back. They can be high priced, but with this level of customer service and quality, I will choose professional over cheap any day.
