Maqio ltd Tracking Order Status

Order number: 174577 I ordered a gift for my Grandson’s Birthday. Unfortunately when he opened it, a part was missing. I emailed Customer Services and they resolved the matter straightaway. I received the missing part the next day. Most Companies ask you to send the order back, and once received they will re-send. This would have upset my Grandson a lot. Finally a Company that works logically. Thank you.
