ManyChat Tracking Order Status

Great software - when it works. There are countless issues - I'll update one thing and another thing will break (unrelated components). If you build out a flow that's too large, parts of it will just not work (with no indication until you contact support and they offhand mention that it might be an issue. Customer support is useless as well - I have been going back and forth with their team on one specific issue for the past 2 weeks with no resolution. Painfully unhelpful.

It has many features that allow us to build a chatbot exactly how we need, especially when it come to automation responses. A visual flow builder, this is the part that I like the most about this product. They also have many templates that we can reuse them easily.

This system is very useful because it will help you save more time. You can set up the message or action base on your needs. So meaning you can work more tasks at the same time the bot is working properly and effectively. It will also help you to eliminate the information and connect to the right person that your looking for.Perfect performance for me and it easy to understand the guideline.Thank you for helping my small business to operate like a big one.

Love ManyChat - works hard to ensure compliance with Facebook's policies, has amazing user support in the ManyChat Community Facebook group. This is a game changer and something I recommend to every client I work with!

Love the idea of Manychat and it feels like it has so much potential. Still gives the option of "talk to a human" on my flows - not good when this is usually unmanned - I think this is a default setting, has lost me a few leads :( Hopefully, as it develops things will improve!
