Manfrotto Tracking Order Status

Mal abgesehen davon, dass die Produkte von Manfrotto eine super Qualität haben, ging der Bestellvorgang und die Lieferung ohne Probleme und sehr schnell von statten. Das Stativ wurde aus Italien verschickt und ist in kürzester Zeit angekommen. Top!!

Vlotte aankoop. Snelle levering.

This is a supplementary review. My earlier review was very positive but my Manfrotto tripod has broken after only 8 months. The carbon fibre simply split. I reported this via their website which states ' We are committed to delivering top-notch customer service' but they took 12 days to reply! I now have to post the tripod to them for repair. They say they never replace faulty tripods with brand new ones even where they break after only a few days. They only ever repair them. This is all very disappointing as my last aluminium Manfrotto tripod has lasted over 20 years. I fear their carbon fibre tripods are much less robust than their aluminium tripods and it is probably best to stick with the old fashioned option. I see that another reviewer on 18th October 23 seems to have had exactly the same problem which he describes as a fractured securing clamp. Perhaps these small parts of the tripod should be made of aluminium adding negligible weight? I still regard Manfrotto tripods as the best ones for using a telescope for bird watching.
