Great choice of discounted goods. Easy purchase and return. Not a fan of paying for returning goods. Because of discounts the price of a return label is affordable.

Delivery is quick and always on date given or of not before. Return service easy to navigate times used has been efficient. Clothes great quality have never returned because of quality they are as described.

Easy to order & quick delivery. Also easy to return (shoes were too small). Perhaps a better description of the goods would have helped. (They were Hush Puppy mens shoes & they had an extra lining, making them smaller inside). They were nice shoes, so it's a shame they did not fit.

Ok to buy from, but if the item is faulty or unsuitable the returns process is cumbersome and expensive. Sadly an online clothing business needs to have a good returns process, it’s ok to offer an annual delivery option but that should also include returns.
