Majestic Wine Tracking Order Status

The staff!! I just wanted to say that the Dorchester Store is amazing and surpassed all expectations. Since moving to Dorchester i have been after somewhere to not only sell me wine but to be able to explain them. And pair wines with food. And whilst i only buy the odd bottle here and there i must say your staff are amazing. Mike and Ethan i believe their names were, they were not too pushy yet had the wine knowledge of Fred Sirieux. Fabulous people and an asset to you because i will be back. Nice people make nice business and this was exactly that. I shall return!!!

Stroud store today severed by a very friendly bearded gentleman who I did not get the name off (sorry) but what a nice people focused knowledgeable gent he was I bought the Marques de caseras and we had a chat about various Spanish wines don’t know where you get your staff from Majestic but they are the nicest people 👍👍👍

Ordered a case of red wines from Majestic Wines and the service was outstanding. Order placed of personally picked wines and 24 hours later delivered as a fantastic birthday gift. The Yodel tracker was awesome too! Real time visibility and timely delivery. Thanks Majestic Wines! 🙏

We often take things for granted. Every so often I realise the continuing help I get from my local Majestic store isn't being acknowledged often enough. Whether it's invitations to tastings, phoning or in person advice on particular wines I am grateful for the time given me by Stuart and his team at Bishop's Stortford.

First, a minor criticism. 'Allow substitutions' should not be the default setting on the payment page – and it should be made clearer when you order that you're probably not getting the wine you want. That said, the guys at Berwick literally went the extra mile (10, actually) to deliver the right ones and pick up the wrong ones.
