Maisonette Tracking Order Status

I love shopping at Maisonette. The clothing quality is wonderful with lots of choices and very creative ideas. And the customer service is excellent!

I received an email from maisonette encouraging me to write a review after writing their care team….They responding promptly but I did not buy anything so cannot say how “trustworthy” they are. I am giving 4/5 because I spend 30 minutes shopping and picking out three expensive purses that I wanted because there was a banner that said 15% off site wide but didn’t mention exclusions or if they did it was not prominent for me to see after 30 minutes of web browsing on their website. When I tried to checkout I received an error message that it could not be applied but I didn’t know why so tried uppercase and lowercase…eventually discovered there was a large number of vendors or “boutiques” that weren’t included in the “SITEWIDE” 15% discount. They should make the exclusions apply factor more prominent so potential shoppers don’t get frustrated like me, and make the error message state that the code can’t be used due to the exclusions (not just a general vague can’t be applied message)
