Magnitone Tracking Order Status

The product I purchased unfortunately developed a fault under warranty. The customer service staff dealt with the issue immediately and offered a replacement. They really could not have done more. I should add that the failure seemed to be a problem with the on/off switch. I experienced the same problem with a high end electric razor, so I could not in all fairness apportion any blame on the manufacturers.

I had an issue with my xoxo facial cleanser, and magitone sorted it out really quickly, sending me a replacement with no issues at all. Really good service :)
