Ocelot Pro 2 TS (torque sensor) This is the third e-bike I have owned, and it's the best so far. The build quality is excellent, and it is a very comfortable bike to ride. The software settings can be fine-tuned in every way Throttle works independently of the settings, which is a great feature and has cruse control Here is the setting I am running in (it almost feels like a normal bike, no ghost pedaling). Current limit 10A Sensitivity 1 Slow start 1 Power set 0-9 1_07% 2_18% 3_29% 4_40% 5_51% 6_62% 7_73% 8_84% 9_95% Max speed with a comfortable pedal is 20 Max speed on throttle 28 Some minor quirks No water bottle holder; they could have made side lugs on the headset tube or made a 90-degree bracket off the front headset tube bolts (that's what I did). Pedals are cheap plastic (should be metal) Seat is too hard for long rides (got a C9) The display should be able to rotate farther down for shorter people, and the display polarization is rotated the wrong way for normal polarized sunglasses. I can see the display in sunlight only if I rotate my sunglasses 90 degrees (easy fix; I just bought non-polarized sunglasses). The trip reset should be easier to get to (and mistake proof) It's easy to change the wrong thing and not notice in the settings because The trip reset is the last category in the settings. As an optional purchase, accessories They should offer shorter crank arms (~150mm) for the shorter riders The larger cable wrap that's on the bike now, it's the best. (Please offer that as an accessory) Larger chain ring or a smaller freewheel/Cassette to comfortably pedal more than 20 Bike future wish list Full suspension while maintaining the 30" (important) minimum seat height handlebar with crossbar to mount accessory on Rear freewheel design should be switched out to Cassette (They're more durable and parts are available.)

I have to say I was a little hesitant to buy an e-bike, but Magicycle made it so easy. The shipping was lightening fast and the bike is working great so far. I highly recommend.

Customer service responds via email only. Responds like AI and asks you to repeatedly do the same thing over and aver again to resolve issues. My Ocelot Pro shows the wrong battery voltage- off by 20% when starting the bike. Customer service says this is normal.

Magicycle makes quality E bike products and has very good customer service. Thank you for all your help and everything during the process of ordering.
