Magazines Tracking Order Status

I was charged $108 for two People magazine subscriptions last year and neither my friend nor I ever received a single issue. I have not been able to contact anyone to complain and now they've charged me $113, I guess for 2 more subscriptions I will not receive! Never ever use this company to order magazines!

They did not contact me about any auto-renewal. Then they processed it without consent. You cannot talk to a person.

0 starts if I could. Getting subscriptions cancelled and getting refund (via their customer "service" center in India) requires perseverance. NEVER AGAIN.

Subscription for people magazine never started. They kept pushing back the starting date from 6weeks to 12weeks. But the year subscription was for a year and that started when I ordered. It’s a scam

Magazines are sent on regular schedule but you cannot unsubscribe or remove your credit card information once it's given to them. Your account will show 'non autorenewing' and they will go ahead and charge/process another year order, not notify you they did so, and in account information, you're unable to delete your credit card information either, to prevent it happening again.
