This company has some of if not the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with. First time buying and I bought a wash that I loved but scent wasn’t for me and I contacted customer service and Callie got back to me very fast and shipped me out a different scent no questions asked. The oils feel great and smell great (besides the one scent I didn’t like). Definitely recommend giving this company a shot because they have some killer beard products and the best beard wash I’ve ever used and I’ve tried about 7 that YouTube beard channels said were the best, but I promise you that mad Viking wash is the best and I’m a lifetime customer now and won’t be using any other beard wash.

We can't say enough about the company & their products! Their clothing is super comfortable & high quality. Their beard products make my husband smell amazing and his beard glistens and looks so thick & healthy. I've used their lotions and am in love with their scent "the Orchard" for me &/or hubby and "Dragon's Head" for the hubby. They have always responded quickly to my questions. We've been using their products for about 5 years and there have only been a couple times when a shipment was running behind which was to be expected due to my last-minute Christmas/Valentine's shopping, for which they were fully transparent, communicative, apologetic, and refunded my shipping costs. Only once did we have a broken bottle in our shipment. They promptly refunded the cost + shipping AND sent a replacement. So, they ate it on 2 items even though the damage had happened in shipment, I'm sure. If you have hair or skin on your body, definitely give this one a try!!
