Mac of all Trades Tracking Order Status

I can't speak for others but it was seamless for me. Mac of All Trades offered the best trade-in deal for my iPad (far better than Apple). Made me an offer, sent me a prepaid shipping label, good communication both when it was received and approved, and check received promptly. Would definitely use again.

Customer service is hardly helpful. Make sure you create an account when you buy or you get swept under the rug and they continue to re-route you to different methods of getting ahold of someone. When I finally got someone on the phone he was super patronizing and rude, like I should’ve just known to create an account or I wouldn’t be having these issues. Maybe just offer the same service regardless? Another company that refuses to give the same service to everyone unless you provide your information and give them free rein to email you multiple times a day.

Got a 2015 MacBook Air and it’s worked great for years. Battery started to give out a couple of years in, but it’s presumably quite old and used, so not surprised
