Mackie Tracking Order Status

Mackie MP-220 BTA Bluetooth In-Ear Monitors They are absolutely terrible and a waste of money!!! They distort at low levels and u can hardly hear them. I tried a few different platforms all the same and even used them wired up with same results terrible sound quality and low level distortion. They are not a professional item and are not fit for purpose. I contacted the shop I brought them from via email as these were ordered online. I’d rather keep my communication via a digital format also this is my preferred method of communication as I find telephone calls difficult. I’ve been in able to return these so stuck with them

Had an issue with my CX3-LTD Buzzing. Mackie support went above and beyond with this issue sending me a new pair of speakers. The support was incredibly friendly and helpful. Thanks!
