MAC Cosmetics Tracking Order Status

I placed an order on maccosmetics using Apple Pay as a payment option. Apple Pay always defaults to the Shipping Address pulled from Apple Pay account. However, maccosmetics has pulled a defaulted address from maccosmetics account, not from Apple Pay. My order was delivered to a wrong address. It was not possible to change the delivery on a carrier side, nor at maccosmetics. P.S. Customer Care support reached out to me via email. They ensured that my issue will be taken care of. They also offered a no-cost reshipment for my order. I'll change the rating if I get it.

Was bought a lipstick for my birthday. Unfortunately it was broken (2nd time in a row I have received a product like this). I do not have a receipt due to it being a gifted item. The store has refused to exchange for another item despite it having a clear defect and being an unusable product.

Their products are very good. working for MAC is not easy at all, I tried several times but couldn't get in. The last time I applied was at the white rose centre in Leeds. My application was refused because I didn't have retail skills(hadn't used a cash register in many years, didn't have experience of using the up to date tills) I then visited their counter and was served by an assistant who told me she was new and couldn't use the cash register. so they obviously took on a person with zero retail skills . Their staff are not diverse either.

Had a 30 minute make up session with Mac in grand central Birmingham. Got there a little late but Denise was AMAZING! She still gave me her full attention and didn’t rush anything! Such a lovely girl enjoyed her company so much. Needless to say my makeup was SLAYINGGGG! 🥰🥰
