MAC Cosmetics CA Tracking Order Status

Had a makeover by Lisa at the Mac counter at Boots,Meadowhall,she was lovely and friendly and I was made to feel at ease. I didn’t have to pay for the makeover and she said I could buy some makeup instead for £30. Lisa did a fabulous job of my eyes,can’t thank her enough. I bought the foundation on a different trip and it stays on all day,as opposed to the cheap brands of makeup.A*

I booked a M.A.C cosmetics makeover online for a face to face appointment at the John Lewis Southampton store. I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted by a very friendly staff member- Nisha who was also my makeup artist. I was taken over to the makeover station and was asked necessary questions relating to the type of makeup I wanted and if it was for a special occasion. I felt comfortable, at ease and reassure throughout the experience. Nisha matched the foundation to my skin tone and was talking me through different steps. Nisha was always happy to answer and give further advice to the questions that I was asking- regarding makeup application and techniques to use. At the end of the makeover I had an opportunity to buy products that were used, therefore the makeover was complimentary, I decided to buy both lip products that were used so I could re-apply during the evening. I would definitely recommend the M.A.C makeover and would use again with no hesitation.

This is still my top go to. Tried and true always there when you need them.

I have used MAC for a long time and was a PRO Member for a while. Just lately, the time they have been taking to ship orders out really sucks. My latest order has taken 8 days to ship. Competitors like Charlotte Tilbury, and Nars ship so much faster, irrespective of whether or not you pay for next day delivery. If I buy cosmetics online, I do expect to receive them quickly and certainly not to have to wait 8 days for dispatch. By the time Evri gets here (me laughing) it will be more like 14 days!

Jessie at MAC Watford is Amazing, I booked my daughters prom make up to be done today and Jessie was just incredible. Not only was the make up absolutely stunning that Jessie did but she was so patient, kind and made my daughter who never wears make up feel so at ease. Thankyou Jessie, everybody tonight has asked who did Katie’s make up and said it looks beautiful.
