Lyft Tracking Order Status

First time, I used LYFT and the experience was fantastic!! 5 Star ALL THE WAY. FORGET UBER - VIRGINIA BEACH. STOP GETTING RIPPED OFF FROM UBER AND GO WITH LYFT.

Driver followed directions. Two issues with service : 1. Gps contradicts my location in the apartment complex. 2. Round trip. Attempted to do business quickly set up r/t on purpose. Not enough time was allowed and was charged for delay. Round trips should be allowed within app and reasonable wait times for task allotted.

Thebprices are great, you will save money compared to their competitors BUT I'm so incredible sick of Lyft. It is so unreliable. The drivers cancel all the time so if you need to be somewhere plan an extra 3p minutes to your route from drivers canceling. I feel like Lyft should offer some incentive to the riders when that happens because it is a huge inconvenience.

I reserved a ride ahead of time and it was $30 more than if I waited to request a ride within 30 minutes. There’s no way to contact Lyft to complain. Moral to the story: don’t reserve a ride ahead of time

I never had a problem with Lyft I’ve been taking in for couple yrs but on my daughter birthday I toke XL and it was supposed to be 61.00 but instead they toke 100.00 out I was going to give the guy a 10.00 tip but forget it now it don’t make since the Lyft receipt says 61.00 but they toke a 100.00 out and left me with no money that day I’m not takeing XL again
