After waiting 45 minutes Friday afternoon for my call to be Answered I gave up.. I called today & only waited a few minutes to to be Connected with IMRAN M who sorted my booking in minutes.. IMRAN was very professional & put mind at ease.. the problem was that air flight on arrival to Thailand was for the day before hotel check in, so we decided to go a day earlier & not mess around trying to change flights. So we get an extra day holiday… Bonus 😀
