Luxury Cottages Tracking Order Status

We were really looking forward to a weekend away in one of their beautiful cottages in Devon, when one of us suddenly became very poorly. Despite us having already paid in full, I contacted Luxury Cottages and spoke to the lovey Roz. Who was completely understanding of our stressful situation & went above & beyond to speak to the owner of the property to see if a refund could be arranged. We have now been given a refund & are really hoping we can rebook in the future when all of us are up for it. Thanks so much Roz for being so understanding & kind.

Great stay in Devon for New Years, lovely house with pool, games room & excellent social space. Would definitely recommend Luxury Cottages for organising a great property for our needs.

Had such an amazing week during September 2022 at this truly stunning property. Renovated to an extremely high standard and located in a peaceful idyllic setting with views of the water. The interior is beautiful and a huge credit to the owners who have created so many special and luxurious features throughout. From the gorgeous kitchen, dining room, hallway, lounge and bedrooms with such comfortable beds. Every room has something unique, as well as the outside seating areas. The delightful lounge window seat became our favourite spot in the house. The whole experience left us with so many amazing memories. Can't wait for our next visit to this fabulous, exquisite townhouse and would highly recommend it to anyone considering a short break or holiday there. The perfect base for a 'Dream' visit to the Isle of Wight. Special thanks to Roz at Luxury Cottages also. She has been so helpful & a credit to her company. Would certainly recommend them.

We have just returned from a fantastic family holiday at Ty Llewelyn - Llyn Peninsula. The service from Luxury Cottages from initial enquiry to booking and pre arrival was amazing. The property itself was beautiful, big comfy beds, hot tub and amazing sunset views from the balcony and great local pub no more than 2mins walk away! We would highly recommend Luxury Cottages, having used many cottage companies in the past, and if you're looking for a luxury stay near Abersoch, Ty Llewelyn has our vote!

A lovely spacious house in Rhos on Sea exactly as described on the Luxury Cottages website. Great period features and character decor coupled with all modern requirements. Plenty of outdoor space too and good roadside parking. All 3 generations felt really at home here.
