Disputed a charge to Luxury Card right…

Disputed a charge to Luxury Card right after 30 days of purchase for no delivery , Luxury Card ( let me remind you they charge 499/Year fee) refused till today to reimburse me for this charges. They don't protect you as a client it's time to ditch this card! BBB record "F" I concur, I filed complaint with BBB and still no Money back

Hackers are constantly stealing points

Hackers are constantly stealing points. I can’t even log on without numerous verifications but our points are hacked, address and email changed and as soon as we get points put back (months and calls later). It’s hacked again. 4th time. No security here. None

What We Have Here - Is A Failure to Communicate

Called customer service to report merchant charged me today but they failed to deliver all the items that I purchased. Wanted dispute process explained. It took 4 calls to get a decent response. First customer service rep: wants to verify a charge from several weeks ago (unrelated to the call). It was a "hold" on a hotel room I had checked out of almost 2 weeks ago. Rep would not proceed until I verified the "charge" as "authorized" and did not understand it was a "hold" on the room and should not be placed on the card as a "charge" since I already paid for the hotel stay. I told her I needed to speak w/ someone else and hung up. Second rep: Answered the phone "What's the problem?" and was laughing. I immediately hung up. Third rep: Tried to transfer me to another department for assistance but disconnected me. Fourth rep: Got same person as the 3rd call. This time they successfully transferred me to a person who answered my questions. But that person slurred her words and also seemed to be laughing. Time for a balance transfer? Customer Service is BAD!

Barclay Luxury Black Mastercard - Poor Service

With fraudulent charges, the burden of proof is not on the shaddy merchant and they want you to MAIL your evidence or proof!!!! AMEX will allow you to challenge and dispute a charge online and they immediately credit your account. But NOT Barclay Luxury Mastercard...you have to jump through humps and mail proof and they discourage you from faxing proof. Plus, Luxury Card will not BLOCK fraudulent merchants!! AMEX can block merchants... how can a luxury, premium card be so bad???
