Luxury Legs Tracking Order Status

LUXURY LEGS are a 5 Star Excellent Company - all orders come quickly and well packaged-always very good quality and the staff are very responsive...always been very happy with my orders and the service is second to none.

I ordered in July, unfortunately for various reasons I returned all three items within a week. I have JUST received my refund…….approximately 3 months! It must be a record. NEVER AGAIN!

Never have I had to wait a full 14 days before the actual process of a return starts, then on top of that it will take 5-7 working days for refund to go back into my account. So a total of almost 3 weeks. I will NEVER use this company again. Oh, & you pay £4.95 for delivery then £3.99 to return item so you lose £9 in P& P. Disgraceful.

Ítems quickly received and beautifully packaged. Had a question and so telephoned and got a helpful response.

Recently ordered the N and Willow grey/camo pop joggers. Only took a few days for the order to arrive. I chose this company because they allowed PayPal payments. Really happy with my purchase. Joggers are as advertised, the S/M fit my size 8/10 figure very well. Great quality item too! Many thanks. :)
