When I was expecting the order, it was arranged by outside company that went off perfectly. I did not receive one of my end tables and reached out and received it yesterday! I still have one issue regarding a leg on my coffee table but I’m confident in the resolution being just as quick!

I have had two wrong deliveries by Theodore Alexander. Luxe deco has been extremely helpful in correcting the issues.

I got on the on-line chat to ask for a discount on two wall sconces that I was ordering. Angelina was very kind and offered me a discount as I had found them cheaper on another website. The other website only had one. She was very kind and helpful.

The website was very easy to use. Anthony got back to me right away with a quote and personal contact data which was reassuring
