Ordering was easy. Fast delivery. I’m really impressed with the quality of my unit. I’m new to wearing wigs. I had questions about my order after receiving my unit. Taylor and Cintia provided great customer service by answering my emails within 24 hours, being polite and patient answering my questions.

I absolutely love how professional this company is. I also love every unit l purchased from this company. The customer support department is also great with communication. I had a small issue, they instantly begin doing research and gave me feedback. I also was compensated for the mishap.

My initial order was stolen from my door step. I wasn’t 100% sure that it was even delivered at all. Willow did a great making sure that the replacement order made it to me in time for my birthday on 3/14. I appreciate the actions she took to make sure I was able to continue with my birthday from my outfit, to my hair, to the plans I had with my friends. Thank you so much Luvme Hair!
