I had been using this product for 10 wks and yes, I have had some curl/waves but mostly frizziness. The biggest issue I have had is unbelievable hair shedding!!! Handfuls and I mean HANDFULS of hair EVERY SINGLE DAY…. I have noticed a few other posts experiencing the same results, I will no longer be using.

Decided to try the curly hair system, and it dried my hair out so badly that I was getting breakage that I've never had before. Went to get my hair cut and they were shocked how dried out and frizzy my curls were. Took several shampoos and a deep conditioner to restore some moisture.

Suits me perfectly. I have wavy hair and skin condition. I react to regular shampoos and conditioners. I have been using this system now for almost a year and I haven't reacted once. My hair feels great. I love the smell. It's a bit pricy, but otherwise, no issues.

I’m so surprised that this company is receiving such bad reviews. I’ve been using LUS for about two years and it’s been the only product that truly brought my curls back to life. I used to straighten my hair all the time (10+ years) because I didn’t like my curls. I was on a mission to find a product that gives my curls more definition and this has been it. I don’t use a diffuser at all and just use the towel they sell on their site and in the morning my curls just need a bit of water from their water most bottle to refresh along with their oil and that’s it. I know the steps are a lot when it’s wash day but when you have curly hair it requires a lot of love no matter how good your curls are. I can’t say much about their customer service because I’ve never needed to reach out but their products saved my hair. I now rock my hair more curly than ever before.
