Shipped fast. Tracking # didn't work but Claire from LullaBellz helped me with the status. Quick response and friendly customer service. I got the pony tail. Good quality, not too heavy, blends in well with my highlights.

I ordered the wrong colour, so contacted customer service for a colour match. Amy was quick replying and helped me chose the correct colour based on the photos sent. Great customer service, I've returned the wrong colour now so hopefully the returns will be just as good.

The hair is so pretty! Looks so real to say it’s synthetic. It stayed on all day and night when I went to a festival, didn’t even need to brush it! The colour match was so accurate aswell, and application very simple to follow. Made me look hot to trot to show off in front of my favourite music artists as well so definite win win ❤️

I emailed customer services yesterday to get advice on colour. Daryn S responded so quickly - I trusted the suggestion, ordered it straight away and received it today!!! I haven’t opened the package yet but I think Blondette is the colour for me😍 Thank you Daryn!!!!
