Schneller Versand, Hochwertige Kleidung Habe jetzt schon ein paar mal bestellt, war immer zufrieden.

Barely had I shared my experiences with the return policy at L. T. yesterday (29/01/2024) - one can read all below, - I received a friendly letter from customer service that the refund was imminent; coincidence? Whatever the case, it is incomprehensible that an outstanding fashion label like this should have such a flawed online service. In future, I might try to by L. T.'s very beautiful fashion elsewhere but no longer directly from the L.T. online shop. On 27/12/2023 I sent the jersey dress Ludaria back by registered post from Flanders using the Belgian postal service Bpost. A month later, the amount to be refunded had still not arrived in my account. I then sent an e-mail to Luis Trenker's customer service department several times, each time attaching not only my proof of posting but also the proof of delivery - which, of course, is only received once it has been delivered and received (i.e. signed for). So someone at Werner Von Siemenstraat 18 did indeed have my parcel in their hands. At L.T., they insist they did not receive anything. This is not the first time I have sent something back by Belgian post, including last time by registered post, but although it took time to get my money then too, they eventually deposited it. But now I fear I've lost it for good this time. L.Trenker's return policy leaves much to be desired, is as far I am concerned unreliable and for that reason I will never order anything from this company again!

Erstmal ein Lob für die tolle Ware und schnelle Lieferung. Aber leider hat die Firma eine unseriöse Zahlung- und Retouren-/Rückerstattungspraxis. Ich hatte am 30.11.2023 2 Hemden (140,00 +109,00 Euro) und 1 Paar Schuhe (199,00 Euro) für insgesamt 448,00 Euro bestellt und diese mit einem Wertgutschein in Höhe von 279,00 Euro plus 169,00 Euro per PayPal bezahlt. Da die bestellten Schuhe (199,00 Euro) nicht passten habe ich diese zurückgesandt. Darauf hin erhielt ich am 15.12.2023 nur 123,94 Euro zurück, mit der Begründung dass ich ja einen Teil mit dem Gutschein bezahlt hätte. Letztendlich waren sowohl die zurückgesandt Ware als auch der Gutschein weg und ich habe für die beiden Hemden statt 249,00 Euro nun insgesamt 345,06 Euro bezahlt.

Eines muss man vorweg zum Luis Trenker Online Shop sagen - absolut TOP , einwandfreier Service ... Super schnelle Lieferung nach Absendung der bestellten Kleidung .. nach Deutschland innerhalb von 3 Tagen , incl. Per Email ein Rücksendeformular , d.h. die Ware kann kostenfrei bei Nichtgefallen zurück gesendet werden ! Bei kleinen Unstimmigkeiten , die mal auftreten könnten , schneller , sehr freundlicher Service per Email oder per Anruf ! Weiter so ....

Sehr profesionelle Abwicklung, hochwertige Verpackung und Ware. Umgehende, schnelle Lieferung, perfekte und blitzschnelle Abwicklung bei Retouren! Ich kann diesen Shop vorbehaltlos sehr gerne weiterempfehlen!
