Ordered a designer trunk and the customer service team reached out immediately after a delay of shipment and still arranged for an immediate delivery. I’m positively uplifted by the teams efficiency and kindness. I will be a customer for life. Very satisfied with this experience!

Selection and pricing minus customer service. Overall yes im happy with my purchase and the price however good luck receiving customer service help. I tried to call their number dozens of times to receive an automated message that no one is available. left voicemails with no reply. 4 days later an email stating that my package was delivered,,, obviously. I would just be cautious if you have issues and how long customer service takes

We used Luggage Forward for the forth time to deliver our luggage to a cruise port this past week. I cannot praise the service and timely pickup and delivery enough. I spread the good work of Luggage Forward everywhere. They allow my husband and I to continue traveling even though we are in our middle 80’s.
