I described everything in 2 comments-reviews. Apart from the polite phrase: "We are sorry to hear that you have not had a great shopping experience" - I did not receive any additional reaction or explanation from the representative of LuckyVitamin. So I ended my cooperation with LuckyVitamin and unsubscribed.

I wrote the previous opinion after a series of correspondence with: Geo - Happy Wellness Ambassador who did not agree to reduce the price of the supplement by half, which I asked for. I bought 3 packages of this supplement because I wanted to send 2 of them to my family in Europe. Due to the short validity, I can't do it for obvious reasons. So I have 3 packs for myself. My comments in correspondence with: Geo - Happy Wellness Ambassador were therefore right because now the price has been quickly reduced by half. So why isn't my February 11 purchase eligible for the corresponding discount? The same product: "Pure Shark Cartilage - 180 Capsules" now costs US$24.56, half the previous price - and is available as: CLEARANCE I paid: $64.05$CAD. It's a big difference. And in the meantime, the form of payment in CAN$ has been removed. It's also puzzling, isn't it? I guess I contributed to that. Sorry Canadian buyers.
